Why Change?

The reality is, you probably don’t have to change – especially if you are one of those people who can let that idea go, settle for a vision that is less than you imagined, or ignore that persistent voice that is telling you to make that change you’ve been thinking about.

But you’re not one of those people, are you? The kind that lets it go, ignores, or settles…

Me neither.

And if you’ve found your way to this page, chances are you know you’re going to make your move sooner rather than later.  It’s just in your nature. Maybe you’re growing weary of the status quo and are ready for a new challenge. Or perhaps you’re crystal clear on the direction you want to lead your business or your organization but are wondering how to move from here to there – or if it’s worth it.

But you know yourself well enough to know you’re ready to find out.

You could easily rely on your own resources – you’re smart, you’ve got good instincts and you figure things out pretty quickly. But what if you had a side-kick to ride shotgun with you as you make your way from here to there? What if you had a place to be messy, to explore your rough ideas, and to not have it all figured out just yet? What if you had a person outside your immediate circle who was a sounding board – someone to help you flush out your ideas, challenge your thinking, poke holes in your logic and connect the dots?

That’s where I come in.

I believe in the capacity of women to be architects of change. Period.

Women are making change happen and it excites me to no end. They are resourceful, connected, and fearless.

Women are rocking the boat and challenging the status quo, offering their fresh and bold visions in service of something new, something better.

They are also exhausted, often feel alone, and are craving some space to spread out, be messy, and make sense of their thoughts and ideas on how to grow, change or move their organization from here to there.

As a consultant, I am all about getting behind women leaders and business owners to help them bring their thoughts, ideas, and perspectives to the foreground, their visions to fruition, and their impact to the moon.

I believe in having your cake and eating it too. I believe in doing what you’re born to do, getting paid well for it, and having fun in the process of making an impact.

I’m someone who keeps it real and cuts to the chase. So are my clients. That’s why we’re a good match.

Work with me and your clients, colleagues and collaborators won’t even know I’m there. But they’ll notice the difference.

I’ll be your secret weapon.
