Lael is so genuine that I feel I can say anything to her. She listens, she doesn’t judge, and she makes me think about things in new ways. She doesn’t tell you what to do or how to do it. She simply opens up the conversation in ways you never thought possible. She pushes you ever so gently to stretch yourself out of your box.
